No longer going to Enclave Suites

Phew after a couple of sleepless nights I have got our reservation changed from enclave suites to the clarion universal.
I have read so many bad reports about the enclave that i wasn't going to risk our holiday being spoiled. The travel agant told me they have had a few ask to be changed and said he thought they would be sorting the problems out but i just wasnt prepared to risk it. We were restricted in where we could stay as we wanted to be on Universal boulavard away from I4 but we are now sorted and i can breath a sigh of relief.

well done twink hope you have a great holiday now..........i think all holiday companys should drop enclave suites from there books now till they get the hotel up to scratch you would think the money some of these places bring in each year they would keep it spotless

i have had a few days panic thinking i wouldn't be able to change its costing less aswell because its not a suite at the clarion but there is just the 4 of us so its fine PHEW :)
