Yes, I have... it's beautiful resort
It has little steams and ponds full of ducks, the grounds really are immaculate!!
There are 2 swimming pools (I think) tennis courts and a humooooooongous jacuzzi that it very welcoming after trailing around the parks all day.
The rooms were entered from an indoor corridor which feels much safer. Rooms are very nicely decorated and clean.
We didn't visit the restaurants because this hotel is just in the very best location ever for walking along I-Drive to the restaurants and shops.
We would go again if we were to visit a hotel but we like the Homewood Suites better for the extra room and the hugh aray of facilities available.
Hope this helps.. :):):)

Our friends stayed here in June last year when we were staying in a villa. They were concerned as they had read some negative comments regarding the state of the rooms and security.......apparently it depends on requesting the right "blocks".
I'll text and ask her which those are as she was very happy with the room she received and liked the facilities too. But we had both read quite negative comments about some of the older rooms ......but these are quite a small proportion. :)

You know, it if were my own family asking about the Wyndham, I would have to say I could not recommend it.
It seems a sort of convention hotel to me, and does not even compare with the WDW resorts IMHO.
I hope I do not sound too severe, but I am candid to a fault sometimes.
I hope some other folks will come behind me with their opinions, good and bad.

I've spent 2 nights there a couple of years ago and had no complaints with hotel itself but I gotta say I am not a big fan of I-Drive.I definitely like the safe feeling of being on Disney property. The reason we stayed there was that we had a reservation for WDW but we got to Florida 2 days earlier then the reservation and decided to do Universal so we stayed at the Wyndham by going through priceline.we paid 38 dollars a night. For that price it definitely was a bargain but again I really dont like I Drive all that much.

we stayed there last may, the grounds are fantastic as are the staff ect the only drawback is the rooms! it really depends how or who you have booked with.
We had booked through virgin holidays and to ensure a good room with a balcony we joined wyndhams by request progremme and emailed the hotel manager directly!!!
we were lucky and got good rooms although at the back of the hotel they had a view of the pool and poolbar, very quiet and relaxing. the rooms towards the front of the hotel are more motel like no balcony and very dingy, you might aswell be staying at the quality inn !!!
