Has any one stayed in any villas in Kissamee area? I would love to know what they look like as the agency we booked with could not show us, they had ran out of books:blush:. We went last year but we stayed in a hotel. I know that the villa is gonna be big as there is 11 of us staying in it i would just like some info on them like do they have irons and things and how glamorous they are?:D
Biggest ? is will all eleven of us fit comfortably.
Any info would be great xx

If you do a Google search for Orlando Villas you will find loads and loads. They're all very much alike.
You would have to ask whoever is renting you the villa as to what they will have in them, but they all, usually, have everything you have at home.

Do you know the name of the resort/area? That might help. I've found that the sleeping capacity is actually smaller than listed. We have 5 and always stay in facilities for 8. The capacity is counted by having two people share any bed that is larger than a single. You can usually go on line and get the bed breakdown-you know, how many singles, doubles, queenes, kings, etc.?

A Villa is certainly the way to go if you have a large family. We own a unit in Westgate Vacation Villas off US192, 1 mile from Disney. In that unit we have a bed capacity of 10. It is 2 bedrooms with a loft that sleeps 2 privately and a non private sleep sofa in the living room (the kids love this). As some one else already said it has all the comforts of home including a screened in back porth and a BBQ. Only disadvantage that I see is bathrooms. With capacity for 10 the 2 bathrooms in the unit would probably be pushing it. We're 5 and I've never had an issue. The glorious thing about a villa though is that you're not enclosed by four walls. My girls will blissfully play on one side while I can comfortably chill out on the porch - without bugs! The development has 10 pools and of the near 10 years we've owned there I can say honestly that I haven't been cramped for chair once. Drawback here though is that at this villa resort there aren't any fancy themed pools. I hear they are planning a waterpark on the property though not far from our unit.
