Sanford Airport...

Been to Disney a few times but always flew into Orlando International, we always get a cab from airport as dont like waiting for everyone in a bus!

Does anyone have an idea of how much a taxi will cost to the Grand Floridian from Sanford Airport?

It won't be cheap I can guarantee you that. You might be better off to contact a company such as Quicksilver (see link at top of page).

I would definately look into some sort of town car service or similar transportation rather than a taxi, its a good 45-60 minute journey (depending on the time of day) from Sanford to WDW. Im sure most have a fixed rate for journeys between these destinations :)

I got return taxis for about £150 in the end from holiday taxis

We too are flying into Sanford. On the Sanford web page they have a link for trasportation and when I checked into it for the 4 of us it was going to be almost $100.00 and that was one way. We decided to rent a car it was cheaper and that way we have it for the week.
