Can I use my camcorder in the water parks I ask because in the UK they have banned photography at public swimming pools.

Yes you can, i got some brilliant footage of DS when we last visited BB, riding the waves with his arm bands on in the main pool and coming down the slide in a tube.
Because it is a water park and the possibility of the camera getting wet i did all my filming early on i then locked my camera in one of the park lockers so i could enjoy the rest of the day without worrying about the camera getting wet.

 I didn't know this was illegal in the UK... even though we live here

We're looking to take some video footage when we get to the water parks for a while, before locking the camcorder away safely into a locker

To clarify - I don't think it is 'illegal' in the UK - it's just that the majority of public swimming pools in the UK do not allow photography especially if children are present. I guess open air places like Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are a bit different though.
