Need Some Advice

I have booked my holiday to wdw for march next year and when we are away it will be my youngest's Birthday and she will be 3.

I was wanting to maybe arrange a party or a lunch with some of the characters and i don't know if this is possable so i was wondering if anyone here has ever done this or can give me advice on who to talk to about it.
