On our last day of our visit I saw the 50th celebration cel limited to 750 and it was a lovely piece of artwork. I purchased it and they arranged shipping which was excellent it arrived 6 days later.
Now the downside when I went to hang it I noticed in the centre of the picture some moisture trapped between the glass/cel. Rung them and they said they would arrange it to be picked up and ship me a replacement.A couple of days later another CM rang to inform me they would not send me a replacement as it could have happened during the flight and could happen again and that I would have to arrange for it to be shipped back to them and they would refund me the
cost plus my origanal outlay.
I am not a happy bunny, and am awaiting a call back from somebody higher.
