I got the red Disney 7X7 Creative Memories album and snap pack when they came out last year (I was really trying to win the trip!). So now that I can't continue in my regular album, I decided to tackle the Disney album. Would it be really tacky (or lazy) to copy the exact layouts they show you in the book that comes with the snap pack? Not that too many people would know... I think that's my biggest hangup about doing the scrapbook - I never can come up with ideas. I am usually pleased with what I do, but it takes me forever. This would make it sooo easy.

I don't think it would be "tacky" at ALL...and as for lazy...not a bit!! (She says, as she slides 6 years worth of "unscrapbooked" photos under the sofa....I'll remember where I put those when I need them  )
I think ANY scrapbooking you do takes creativity, even if you are following a pattern of sorts...in fact, it may be just what you need to get your *own* creative juices flowing!! Once you get to mirroring theirs, you might think, "OH! It would look really neat if I changed this a bit here, and added a little bit here...and...and....and...." And before you know it...you're wondering where all your money went!!! :D

as for copying layouts they wouldnt put them in the book if they didnt want you to copy them go for it :)

The point of the snap pack is to make the album a "snap" you're supposed to copy them :) I used a snap pack on the album I did for wdwgrandma for christmas

I do love those snap pack things - for some reason this is the first one I ever bought. Do they make them for the larger albums, does anyone know? I'm off to the CM website for a look...
Thanks, all for the reassurance!

Glad to hear that, Donna. I'm working on the easy part right now, and I love the Snap Pack! It is totally a snap! Why didn't I do this before?
