I posted in the cruise line forum but no one has responded, do any of you have a clue about the Weather in Castaway Cay in Late January, early February? Hoping it will be warm enough for a good beach day!

Sorry for not getting you a response on the DCL forum  .
We've been to Castaway during that time of year three times and we've always had good weather.
Water temperature in that area is typically warmer than Florida, the water around CC is shallow, so it warms up faster. Last time we went during that time period the high temp for the day was 80 with water temp of 68-70. Lots of people splashing around in the water. I guess those conditions were like paradise compared to the weather where most were from  .
I remember it was cold when I first got in, but nothing was going to stop me from swimming to find Mickey  .

These are some maps and aerial photos I found of CC around 1990, before Disney bought it and developed it.

Not been to Castaway cay, but was in orlando/Clearwater/Daytona from January 30th - February 21st and the weather was HOT! 2 Cool days out of 21 V Sunny. Many days at water parks and several at the beach. swam in the Gulf of Mexico and that was chilly, but not as cold as the English Channel!
