Buses to Parks/Ticket & Transportation Center

I'll be staying at the All-Star Music and have a concern with the transportation. Can you get a bus to the Ticket & Transportation Center and then make a connection to wherever you are going (reservations at Contemporary Resort & Fort Wildnerness) or do buses only go to the actual parks? Also, what if I'm at, lets say, Animal Kingdom and want to go to Fort Wilderness. How would that work?

AK to Fort Wilderness would be just to take that resorts bus. For a PS at the Contemp, take the bus to MK and get on the resort monorail
