We have booked a stretch limo through Quicksilver and the service we have received so far has been first class (especially with me choping , changing and generally faffing around trying to decide when to book it)
It is a birthday present for DD from her granny and we have booked it to take us too and from Discovery Cove, DD is going to be so excited:woohoo:
I will report back on how it went when we get home

 I give another thumbs up for Greg and the Quicksilver team. Greg went out of his way to help me with a few surprises for DH at the end of last year.

Thinking about switching from Happy Limo to Quicksilver. Last time(w/ HL) the driver was in a hurry and instead of stopping at a store, he took us to a 7 Elven, made us feel like we caused him to be late for his other appointments. And he drove very fast. Not at all happy that time. Maybe it's time to change.

I'd have no hesitation in saying change... last year we were the last Virgin Flight in before hurricane Jeanne arrived, and our driver bless him actually apologised for having to take us to one of the more expensive supermarkets, but it was the only one still open. Now given the fact that I am sure he'd have far rather been home getting his house and family prepared for the coming storm, here he was telling us to take as long as we needed to pick up supplies and as I say apologising that it was not the best value store. that's customer service !!

I use to be a Happy Limo user, but once I used Quicksilver I have not looked back. I have had Gregory himself, and two other driver's of his. ALL of them are nothing but total professionals.
Gregory, keep up the fantastic job. It is so wonderful seeing customer service being a top priorty nowadays.

I will third the comments. People are always so quick to complain - and this board is such an awesome way to convey to everyone who is the BEST of the BEST.
Gregory knows how to deal with people, and it is obvious he has great hiring abilities. His staff is supberb.
Keep up the god work Gregory.
To all you consumers out there - you will NOT be dissatisfied.

Over the years, I have heard so many complaints about poor transportation to WDW that it seems going with Quicksilver is one of the easiest ways to have a no-hassle holiday.

The name Quicksilver is well-known for quality service. I rode with them once in San Francisco:

Hello,
Just to clarify... :) We are not related to Quicksilver in San Fransisco... But it's nice to know they are also holding on to a good name...
My best regards,
Gregory Nicolas.

Sorry, Greg, I will delete the link, as I had guessed incorrectly there was some connection.
Your Quicksilver is fantastic!

I've just booked them for our trip and I've sent Gregory loads of emails as I've tried to sort out what to do on our last day. We're coming off the cruise and we thought we'd be stuck at Sanford for about 10 hours. He's been so helpful and we're finally sorted! I've been delighted with the help and his quick responses. Superb service! I'm really looking forward to the trip!

I am really considering using Quicksilver for our next trip. We have never had a problem with shuttle buses but the thought of having our own transport after such a long flight is really appealing, especially after all these shining reports!! And just to see DS's face if a limo picked us up at the airport!! Just have to persuade DH that the expense is worth it.

We used Quicksilver last year and they were brilliant, using them again this Friday as a surprise for our nephews, they think we're getting a taxi! Can't wait to see their faces

We used to be Tiffany customers, but after reading all the positive posts about Quicksilver, and seeing that Deb has them as a sponsor, I have to admit: I'm ready to switch. Two questions: (1) How far in advance does it make sense to make reservations (trip is May 2006 and who knows what will happen to air schedules); (2) The only "unhappy" posts seem related to delayed flights. What is the drill if one finds their flight will be late?

I advised of a change in my flight and they emailed back confirming that was no problem.

Once Quicksilver has your flight itinerary they will even monitor it for you. So if it is late chances are they will already know about it.

Hello,
if your arrival time change by more than 10-15 minutes please contact us as soon as possible with the changes. Also, if the flight number changed, please let us know.
Our schedules iare prepared the day before and the arrival times are very important. We do monitor all flights, but knowing of a change beforehand helps us a lot...:) :) :)
My best regards,
Gregory Nicolas.

We used Quicksilver for the first time on our recent trip and they were excellent! I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others. As all our luggage got left in Manchester!, it was over an hour before we finally emerged into the arrivals at Sanford, yet our driver was patiently waiting. He still took us to a grocery store and was extremely polite, courteous and efficient. For our journey to Port Canaveral, he was early and the return journey was exactly the same. He took us for the TCD early morning check-in at Lake Buena Vista and then up to MK. Finally he collected us and drove us to Sanford. By then it seemed as if we had become old friends.
Excellent service all round!
