TCD check-in at LBV

How does the check-in work at LBV? Can anyone booked with TCD use it? Is there also another check-in on International Drive? I would really like to use this facility but can't seem to find any info about it.

there isnt a check in on international drive .........i think that when you land at sanford as the rep there........there is a small charge to have the check in at lbv .......someone esle will be along soon to tell you more..........im not sure if mumof2 used it
