age restrictions at Discovery cove

I notice that the age restriction for swimming with the dolphins is 6 do they check this or just take your word for it? My daughter will turn 6 2 months after we are planning on going I wondered if we would get away with taking her. She is a very competent swimmer and tall for her age.

If anything happens she wouldn't be coveraged by any policies and you would have no claim as she is outside the age restriction.
