I'm going to use this service in August and i was wondering if any can tell me how long it takes for your luggage to get to your room? because i have dinner plans for that night.

I would pack anything you need that first day into a carry-on. It can take up to five hours to reach you room, according to handouts, and longer, according to my Guests. :D

Hi Ashley,

We just returned and it took 3 1/2 hours for us to get our luggage. We just got into our room around 12:30 PM and in came our luggage. We arrived at the airport at 9:00 AM.

The ME service was great. I was really worried about this before we left, but it was the easiest thing we did that morning. I stood in line for maybe a minute and checked in at the desk, which was very quick, less than a minute. We got in the line to get in the bus and we were leaving the airport in about 5 minutes. The best service ever!!!
