Okay, I've talked about this, before. I am going on my first cruise, THIS SUNDAY!!! It's not just my first Disney cruise. But, my first cruise, period.
So, here is my fear, I'm afraid that I'm going to get on the boat....go see the show(s)......fight the crowds at the pool.....then, have nothing left to do. I have a 5 year old daughter, and I know that there is a lot for her to do. But, I'm worried about me...The 35 year old man....I don't think they would appreciate it if I went into the kids section, and started trying to play dress-up.
So.....What happens?? Should I bring a big, thick, book to tide me over??
Help.

You can bring a big thick book, but don't expect to have oodles of time to read it. Every night when you finally get back to your room, there will be an itinerary of events offered for the next day. Shore excursions, special events, games, programs, etc. Tuck in pool time, and you're going to have plenty to do.
One of the beauties of a cruise, however, is that you don't HAVe to go to all these things. Grab your book and head topside for a bit of R&R. Just remember the sunscreen!

There are stage shows, movies, all sorts of things! If I thought I needed to pack a book to take on our upcoming cruise in Sept, I'd probably just stay home! Much cheaper! Plus we plan on doing a few excursions.

Are Doc, Gopher, Issac, and Julie my cruise director going to be there, bothering me if I look like I'm not having fun?

Games rotate from time to time, nighttime shows are fairly static. The link Grandma gave will allow you to sign on and see your particular cruise itinerary, using your confirmation number and birthdates. Which cruise are you going on?

Will I be sorry that I just didn't spend the time at the theme parks?
