Looking for status of Magical Express

It seems that all the reports on Disney Magical Express were made during the first month their service was operating. Wanted to know if the service has improved and if it works more or les like it is advertised.

From what I understand it should take about 2 hours from the point you exit the plain till you walk into your resort, and your luggage will get to your room within about 3 hours of check in.

The negative feedback about the service seems to have stopped, but just wanted to know how it was going.

We used Magical Express on June 21. Even tho there were lots of people lining up to get their "tickets" before getting on the buses, there were also lots of Disney employees and the lines moved quickly. We were on a bus within 30 minutes of getting into the terminal and went directly to the All Star Resorts. I'm not sure when our luggage arrived to our room, because we checked in at 11:15, but our room wasn't ready and we didn't return until around 4:30. The luggage was there by then. We didn't use ME on the way back to the hotel because we switched to the Royal Pacific after five nights at ASMu.

Thanks for the input. Wife was getting a bit wored after I told her a lot of ppl had problems the first month.
