whilst i was at wdw i collected pins, i never really traded except one time, when i traded my buzz lightyear pin for a woody and buzz one from 1995. i didn't trade because of value or anything, its just because i liked the pin! but are older pins worth more or more sought after than new ones?

Hi Josh,

It really depends. The princess pins in a limited edition are really hot, as are the older pins. If it's an 'open edition' of any age, they don't hold the value as much as the limited run pins. It's a tough call - they have a pin book listing a lot of the older pins, and the values of them.

I do the same as you. I trade just what I like. Some of my 'older' pins that I really like are some from the Princess ball that a friend gave me, and the new stained glass Castle window ones - I've only got two of the five parks, and hope to collect them all before they are gone.

I also *love* my Sprite pin! :D
