We went to see MT in january just gone and when we got there, it was cancelled because not enough tickets had been sold. We were given the managers business card and told that next time we return to Orlando (no matter how long of a time that would be) we could get into MT for half price.

The show dates for next january are now up on their website. I kept the card and have emailed them today to see if the offer still stands. :fingers:

Wow, not enough tickets were sold? Not ever heard of that.

I've been to this once, several years ago. I don't like dining without utensils, so that detracted from it for me right from the start. Also, the server for our section was hugely pregnant and working very hard. Made me feel terribly bad. Server Wench and Server Slave (the names for women and men servers) didn't do much for my appetite either. :sigh:

I did love the birds of prey. They loose them in the area and they are beautiful in flight.

Wow yeah couldn't agree more!

The only time they made an effort at AN was to collect their tips at the end. Carefully positioning themselves at the end of each row and not moving until each person gave them a tip.

Medieval times is actually quite good though... very different from AN :)

What do they do in AN?

Just horses, some smoke, a cold arena (for the horses) and some really poor food. That's it.

I think if you're a real horse fan, you may get something out of it, but I was bored, hungry, cold and fed up.

Not only that but.... it was billed as a huge show. spectacular.... I hadn't heard anyone say it was bad before I went :/ huge disappointment though.

The food was poor, the servers didn't come round with more drink or anything and it was very hard to get more service. You were trying to eat fairly cold food in semi darkness whilst the show was going on so it was hard to concentrate on the show :/ then just before the end, the servers who had been out the way all through the show, started coming back and putting leaflets on everyones plate explaining that a tip was expected.

Then, it ends, and they stood blocking the exit to each row and they'd shake your hand and say "was everything great for you tonight?" whilst kinda holding their hand out for a tip. Oh very well thought out indeed from their point of view.

Waste of money IMHO.

Medieval times is better, hoop dee doo much better, luau better... etc.
