Can anyone advise if there are any age restrictions for the Comedy Warehouse at Downtown Disney. I thought of taking my teenage son but we were not sure if he had to be 18 to get in.
Thanks

Under 18's can go in most places at PI when accompanied by an adult (21 or over). Club Motion, Mannequins & BET soundstage are the exceptions on certain nights. Some nights are 18 and over and some are 21 and over. ID must be carried for proof of age. :)

American humour can be very different to English humour - do Brits appreciate the humour at this place?? We are thinking of going next time :D

Just wanted to say we enjoyed the Comedy Warehouse too
I think....but don't quote me....under 18 must be accompanied by a person 21 years of age or older who has an acceptable form of identification to enter the comedy warehouse. There are some clubs at PI where you must be 21 or over.
Edit: I see Paula has already said this

The comedy warehouse is all improv comedy. Sometimes it's really funny, other times it's ok. Just depends on what the audience throws out for suggestions.

We've only been to CW once and IMHO the show was too short.

Is the content suitable for kids?

How old are the kids? The comedy is Disney friendly but there is some stuff that is a bit risque. I took DD when she was 13.

They will be 13 and 14, I don't like them hearing strong language of sexual references, mild is OK

It's very Disney friendly, they won't hear anything too suggestive if at all.

I went for the first time when I was 12. There were things my father and cousin (he was 19) were laughing at that went right over my head

That sounds like my 14 year old but my 13 year old misses nothing.
