We used Happy Limo again this year and they once again provided the best transportation available in Orlando. This is the 4th time for us to use Happy Limo so this is not just a fluke. Everytime we use them they get better. Our drivers were courteous, clean, well spoken, and very handy with our luggage. We felt comfortable from the second we entered the car. That's important for our kids, since they are not comfortable around strangers. Our driver gave us plenty of time at our grocery stop and was waiting for us at the door of the grocery store. He even put the bags in the car for us. On our return trip to the airport our driver gave us great information about the housing market and what areas of Olando are best for families. Great conversation since we are thinking about a move to central Florida.
Last year, based on a great review on a different Disney message board, I used a competitor not to be named. Well, we had a bad experience on both legs of our trip, so I vowed to never use them again. I returned to Happy Limo and they reminded me what great service means.
