taxi - how much from airport to mk ?

can anyone tell me roughly how much this would cost ?
don't have a clue how far it is, would we be as well off hiring a car for the day ?
We'll be staying in the marriott airport hotel

Depending how many there are of you, you could look at using someone like Quicksilver to transport you. They might end up cheaper than a taxi as you wont get charged extra if there is a lot of traffic and they will be waiting for you at the airport.

I decided they would be easiest for my trip because of that.
