Im staying there for part of our holiday in December having previously stayed there in 2003. I emailed the company as I had concerns regarding why they changed the name etc. According to them they have not changed anything else. All staff remain the same, as does the decor of the rooms. The last update they have done was in 2004 adding themed rooms (a bear theme I believe) for families with young children (bedspreads had bear prints on them, things like that). They still house most Virgin holidaymakers in the block at the far end behind the second pool. Breakfast remains the same but depending on which time of the year you are going (i see you are June) they now run limited free transport. They wouldnt tell me how they have limited it but I suppose it depends on drivers being available and number of guests. Hopefully someone else will be along who has recently been here and can advise you further.

When we were there in 2001 we only ever saw Virgin customers...... and I've never seen it on any other tour company website.....
