Oooooh, St. Lucia, Antigua, and Barbados are wonderful! Wouldn't set foot on St. Kitt's again if I were paid, but then you don't have to, eh? That's why the ship is so much fun.
St. Thomas...not been there. Yet.
Sounds like great cruises.

I haven't been to St Kitts but my niece has and felt the same way as you. That is the great part of a cruise you don't have to get off the ship if you don't want to and you get to enjoy the empty ship

It does.
The thing with cruises is, the best rates are released first. The longer you wait, the more the price goes up. A rare sailing like this, will get/is getting snapped up quick.
Not that you like to take your time considering, of course... :hehe:

Well it's my disney Ta you see..... she gives me ALLLLL these options so it takes me ages :-)
Seriously, is this something you book for people?
We've been talking about doing a cruise next summer after the law degree finishes so it'll be this or something similar.

Um, let me see. If it's you asking, no. 'Rella does it. (hehehe, sorry Cinders!)
Yes, of course. Finally. Took me a while to get over my fear of learning, but yes, I do. It would make an *excellent* celebratory excursion!

I'm thinking I want quite a snobby, well looked after cruise though... you know a dress for dinner, great restaurants affair... is that DCL?

Yes. My MIL is Queen of the cruises, and she was happy. She normally books high-end cruises. You would love Palo. I also personally liked Lumiere/Triton's. I could care less about Animator's Palate, unfortunately. LOL!
FWIW, just priced 2 adults on the 10-night and it's 5K bare bones (no insurance, no transfers)
(price subject to change based on availability, and subject to increase as the ship fills)

OOOOOOOO that's pretty good, quite a bit less than the ones we've been pricing up! granted I think we'd want a few extras on that one being a bit of a celebration and all <G> but it sounds like it would be great!

I dunno about the 10 day cruise Keith, but certainly on the 7 day DCL cruises there are 2 formal evenings for which you can dust off your tuxedo [and Helen`s tiara] and have a photo taken of the pair of you against a romantic back drop scene....or even with the captain if you are in the right place at the right time as we were!
As Mickeymac said, Palo`s also is a very nice restaurant which is for adults only and jackets are recommended for the gentlemen which gives it an up market kind of atmosphere.
You could actually dine here each night if you wanted instead of sticking to your seating plan, although this would cost a few $`s extra for your reservation fee`s.
You will also find that you are well looked after on the cruise and there are many places to go on board for some peace and solitude if you want to just chill out.
