Thanks!

We had a great experience with Magical Express. I would recommend bringing anything that you would need right away in a carry on that you bring with you on the bus. It will be a couple of hours before your luggage gets to your room. They will also be picking you up 2 1/2 to 3 hours before your return flight and with us it was so early and we were the only ones leaving at that time so they sent a regular taxi van. We were thankful for the free ride and the money we saved. We went expecting maybe some delays or glitches but had nothing but a magical (and free!) experience.

After reading all the horrible stories about Disney ME, I was waiting for the worst. Well, let me tell you it was the easiest thing I've ever used.
We arrived at MCO and walked over to the ME desk and in a matter of minutes we were sitting on the bus waiting to leave. We waited there for about 5 min. and we were off.
We packed extra clothes and swimsuits in our carry-on bags just in case. Our luggage arrived in our room about 3 hours after we landed at the airport.
It was enjoyable and FREE!!

Didn't realise that it is free!! Thought it would be a charge like in Paris at CDG. Sounds good to me, think we may use that especially seeing as you do not need to worry about your bags. The worst thing about Orlando airport is the second bag claim when you seem to wait forever and a day to get your bags.
(Oh and WOOOHOOO post number 50, have only been on here a year!!! Well Vikki does most of the talking for us.)

LOL you two!
We took it in July, and I was pleasantly pleased. Our luggage arrived in our rooms four hours after we arrived. It took us longer to get to the hotel, and departed sooner than with a private car hire, but it was easier than I anticipated. I will still continue to use rental cars or private transfers, but that is just what works best for our family (we like the grocery stop and I just like the privacy. For free transfer service, it was great.

Im using this service for the first time in Sept. We have been told by Disney that we dont have to worry about our luggage as it will be picked up by them, but dont we have to get it from the first baggage claim bit first??
I feel uneasy about leaving my stuff for someone else to claim.

You would certainly have to collect your bags from the first carousel as it is your responsibility to get them through customs when you arrive Dawn.
They are collected for you from the second carousel [after the monorail ride to the main building] only.

We thought it was brill......we had a message left on our phone to say it had arrived as it was 2am (our flight came in around 21:45)...and we hadn't got any DME tags on our luggage as they arrive on time.....so that was pretty impressive.
