From the virgin website....



Due to operational reasons, Virgin Atlantic has had to cancel the following services:

Between London and New York, Newark:

* VS017 LHR-EWR 23 Aug - 15 Nov 2005 (Tuesdays only ex-UK)
* VS018 EWR-LHR 24 Aug - 16 Nov 2005 (Wednesdays only ex-US)

Between London Gatwick and Orlando:

* VS027/028 LGW-MCO-LGW - 7, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, 27 Sept 2005
* VS049/050 LGW-MCO-LGW - 4, 10, 17, 24 Sept 2005

Passengers will be rebooked onto the VS015/016 London Gatwick to Orlando services on the same day.

Please call the contact centre if orginally booked on one of the above services.

It makes sense to merge flights if they're both half empty and they can use the planes elsewhere. September is a slow month travelwise, more so to a big family based destination because most people won't take their kids out of school as soon as they've gone back. I don't think they'll be going bust anytime soon :hehe:

My flight on the 18th was changed.

I have already spoken and grumbled to expedia (who I booked with) about it. Should I still call the call centre?
