I have set my heart on CRT but have been unable to get a PS. Have followed the advice of calling just before midday (british time) exactly 90 days before the date needed and have been on hold for 15 mins 3 days in a row only to find CRT fully booked. My husband tried yesterday and gave up trying as he was on hold for 30 mins.
Help!!!
Do I keep tring for the next 8 days ?
Am I wasting my money as calling from the uk is not cheap?
Is it possible to call closer to the holiday to ge a cancellation, does this happen?
Is it worth calling later in the day when I get closer to my holday to get cancellations (will I be on hold for less time or are lines always busy)?
In Early Nov is it very likely that I can get a PS by asking a CM when I get to the all stars resort?
Any advice greatfully recieved

Keep trying! And yes, cancellations do come up, but not very often though

Have you tried for lunch as well as breakfast? Lunch is now a character meal as well and although still hard to get, I've heard it's easier to get than breakfast is

If you are staying on site, and it sounds like you are you can book EVERYTHING for your whole visit (as long as it isn't more than 10 days) 90 days out. So call them back and check for every day of your visit availability.

:iagree:, call back and try to book for 91 or 92...etc days out. It's a perk of staying onsite, you can book up to 10 days out past your 90 day mark. We booked both CRT and our Wishes cruise on the Grand 1 94 days out. :)

Hang in there!! I know that the phone charges add up :( but like the others said if you are onsite you can check 10 days out for your holiday. I would think you can get a ADR checking the 8 days left on your holiday. If breakfast is booked check for lunch. We were not able to get CRT breakfast but we do have a lunch ADR - which I got by calling back several days and getting someones cancellation!! I keep trying back for a breakfast I might get lucky and get a ADR that someone else had to cancell. Did you try over at Epcot for the storybook princess breakfast I know it is not the castle but have heard it is quite nice. Good luck! And you can always call once you get to WDW!!

Thank you everyone for the encouragement I will keep trying.
When I tried to book for 91 days I was told I could not.
On the phone system they ask for a booking number. If you have booked through a UK travel company (first choice in my parents case) not directly with disney what booking/reference number do you give them as in my previous phone calls I was giving my UK home phone number which may explain why I couldn't book for 91 days for CRT.

You're absolutely NOT a dummy :D there are so many abbreviations running around here it can be quite hard to keep up with them all...CRT stands for Cinderella's Royal Table.
