Has anyone stayed there or know much about it?

I booked it because it looked nice and different. Tripadvisor reviews were the usual good and bad but overall it seems pretty good.

Is this for California or Florida?

If it's California and you're spending most of your time at Disneyland/CA, it's a good hour's drive away.
