what days are best to visit the parks??

Hi

we are heading to florida in 6 weeks time, and we can't wait, but we know some days parks are busier than others - so does anyone know which parks to avoid on what days??

We are going to the halloween party on the sunday evening - that is the only day we have planned so far.

Can anyone help??

MNSSHP is lots of fun, there are pictures posted here on the site under photos. Here is the link from this site on which days to go ... it also depends on if you are staying onsite and can take advantage of the EMH days alot of people say if you are staying off site do the EMH park the next day :shrug:

If you are offsite, avoid EMH days like the plague.

I also found a website related to the unofficial guide. It had the word touring plans in the website address (can't recall the exact address) and it gave a rating for each day of the year out of 10 for crowd levels. So I found I could look at the exact dates I am going and see their opinions of the crowd levels.

Don't know how accurate their predictions are as this will be my first visit to florida.

We went to florida last year - about the same time - and columbus day weekend and the next week was really really busy. we were shocked as it wasn't that busy the last time we went. Would it have been because of columbus day - or the bad hurricanes a bit before that, that the crowds were so big??
