Is the LTT a buffet?
I have seen photos of the meals on this site and the meat was too pink for me. Will I be able to ask for well done meat?
Am I a fussy so and so?

it's not a buffett. When I ate there it was turkey not beef. You can ask for it to be well done though :)

It's a "served at your table family style" not sure you'd be able to ask for well done meat :/ but I've never had a problem with it and Im picky <G>

Isafari,
We ate at LTT two years ago and it was family style there were two or three kinds of meat - my memory is not the best  but I think there was ham, beef and turkey ( I know it was not pink as I dont like my meat that way) there was gravy, rolls, green beans with some sort of a light sauce, corn and I think mashed potatos then we had some sort of cobbler I think it was cherry for desert I just remember it was good. It was good service, we had all five of our kids and there was plenty of food they refilled our drinks and bread basket without having to ask. Our lovely server had 4 or 5 kids too so she was quick to get our order and she knew from experience the more kids you have the quicker they seems to get wiggly must be contagious among them :) one starts whinning then the next all of a sudden you have 5 little beasties dining with you  Chip and dale were lots of fun we were there for MNSSHP and all the staff was dressed up. I would give it a 9/10 for service, food and overall fun. I will say they failed big time on the special request for dietary restrictions for our 3 year old DD they must have given her straight bread or contaminated her food which was prepared and plated for her in the kitchen so I dont think we will revisit LTT ... but if not for that it was great.

I didn't pay any attention to who took that photo but I would love to get my meat that pink at LTT. I'm sure they will make sure it is well done if you ask.

We've eaten at LTT numerous times and the meat has never arrived at our table even the slightest bit pink - ever!

We ate there last week and I thought it was great. I'm on a special low fat diet (due to gallstones) and the chef came out to speak to me and asked me what I would like. My husband had turkey, ham and pork, mashed potato and green beans. My son had macaroni cheese, corn and peas. The chef did me a separate meal of turkey, jacket potato and corn plus a salad plate. There was cherry cobbler for dessert and I got a fresh fruit salad. Our server was excellent and came round on numerous occasions to offer us more food!
You can have as many drink refills as you wish, the service was quick and the atmosphere was good. We were visited twice at the table by Goofy, Pluto, Minnie, Chip and Dale and they each spent several minutes with my son. I'd definitely recommend the meal and it's good value for money, excellent service and good all round family entertainment in a nice venue.
