Hi all,

Just wondering if it was possible to walk from the Orlando Premium Outlets to Downtown Disney?
It doesn't look to far on the map but that doesn't mean that it's possible.

Many thanks

Not as far as I know, I think it would be a bit of a trek and there are busy roads to cross.

Not really, not safe at all for foot traffic.. DTD and the Outlets are on opposite sides of I-4 and the intersection of I-4 and SR535 is extremelly busy.

Oh please don't even try it. :sorry: It's a heavily traveled area and the drivers are quite often exceeding the posted speed limit, lost and confused (which makes for scary driving maneuvers) and there is no sidewalk for foot traffic.

It does seem close, and if it were set up for pedestrians really wouldn't be a terrible walk, but as it is now, it's a very dangerous place to try and negotiate on foot.

Walking from DTD to Crossroad's Plaza is not a problem. There are sidewalks and protected crosswalks. Going beyond that is the dangerous part.

I wouldn't try it either. There are taxis parked up there all the time and it's only 5 minutes by car.

Definitely not a good idea, Bessie. :(
The taxi fare shouldn't be too much. Especially after you've saved on the shopping :)

Absolutely not - it will be far too hot and busy, and with all that shopping, it is definitely a bad idea!
