Virgin resort transfer vouchers

Does anyone know what these are?

Quote from Virgin Holidays Brochure.....
'Need to get around in resort? See a member of our resort team in Orlando and they can arrange any number of great value transfer vouchers, to take you between your hotel and the attractions. So you can choose 10 return trips, or just 2.'

Are these just pre-bookable taxis or similar arranged by Virgin?

They're just "mears transfer" vouchers so yeah, phone up, book and they collect you etc. (or they were a year or so ago when we asked Virgin)

Virgin use an American transport company called Mears, they will sell you vouchers so you can call them and they'll pick you up from your hotel and drop you off at which ever theme park you want to go to.

Your best bet is to cut out the middle man and arrange Mears transport for yourself when you get to America. Guest services at your hotel will be able to give you the number.

A round trip from International drive to Disney is around $16, but if there is more than two of you it may work out cheaper to get a taxi or hire a car.
