We hired a car from Avis last year and at 21 we were allowed to drive but only if we paid for the platinum upgrade for the insurance which was fairly expensive but i can't remember how much exactly. I think maybe about an extra £10 a day. However someone may correct me on this....

I thought the platinum upgrade was for people who were over 18 but under 25, but i just found thats only for New York. The only thing i can think of is to ask a travel agents to see if they can book one for you. They might know somewhere....

I think you're really going to struggle to find anyone who will let you hire under 21. Is there anyone else who could drive in your party? Are you staying onsite or off site?

I have just had a look at the eagle car hire web site, and it is going to work out to just over 500.00GBP for 2 weeks.
Something tells me its goint to be cheaper getting buses.
So, im staying in the best western moviland. Would i have to get the I Trolley and then the Lynx bus service?????
Whats the shuttle????

I believe we rented from Payless when we were under age. They are offiste at MCO but had a shuttle.

Try Payless, their website says that under 25's have a surcharge but it doesn't say how old you have to be to rent
