We are going to Florida 19th Feb - 4th March. I know it is Presidents day on the 20th Feb and been advised to stay away from the disney parks as it will be very crowded (will Seaworld/Busch Gardens be less busy that week) I have been looking at other discussion boards and it says that the schools in the North East are off Presidents day week, does anyone know if this is correct? and how busy will it be at the parks (compared to say Easter week). Would it be best to go to the disney parks on the second week?
Any advice would be gladly received.

My son's school in Georgia is also out during that week. I have been told from other people that all of Orlando is packed during that week. I think the trickle down of people will affect Sea World and Bush Gardens.

We were there Presidents Week and the only place that seemed really busy was MK, everywhere else seemed fairly normal. We did avoid the parks on Presidents Day itself though and went shopping instead.

Thanks for the replies, I will take you advice and probably go shopping on Presidents day.

It was a great excuse to do it actually! Went to Florida Mall, Premium Outlets and Belz all in one day. More tiring than a park day easily!!

We've never been to Florida before, i don't know who is more excited myself or the kids. As you have been in February, are the parks still open quite late and do they still have parade and firework displays on?

Click here Park Hours (http://www.wdisneyw.co.uk/hours.html) to see what the hours were last Feb. This should give you some idea of what to expect! Parades, fireworks, etc, will still be shown!
