Staybridge Suites in Lake Buena Vista

Hi all,

We have just booked our 2006 trip to WDW, it will be our first trip to Disney. We are going to be staying at the Staybridge Suites in Lake Buena Vista, just wondering if anyone else has stayed there and what its like? The brochure says that its adjacent to DTD, would be be able to walk to and from DTD or are the roads too busy?
Any help would be appreciated.

We stayed here for our last night in Orlando in June last year. It had just changed from Summerfield Suites. We were very impressed....we were in a recently renovated trio room, lots of space, 3tvs, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen is a good size with all amenities.( 2 double beds in one bedroom, 1 king in the other, sofa bed in the living area).
DH and kids had the free breakfast and were happy with that. We didn't get chance to try the pool but it certainly looked inviting!
I don't think its close enough to DTD to walk but only a 5 min drive from there.
We loved the area and would have booked for this year had we been able to get the excellent rate again, unfortunately not. :ears:
