Has anybody used this service?
I sent them an email for some extra info, and they wrote a nice reply back. On the face of it they appear to offer a really nice service.
As we are not going to be hiring a car, we will be looking at using this service to get us to Universal IOA, Universal Studios and Seaworld. We fully realised the benefit of getting to parks prior to opening time on our first trip to WDW in May of this year, and so we want to continue this tradition with the non-Disney parks on our next trip (particularly as we will only have one day to alloctae to each).
The downside is the cost. It looks to be around $95 round trip for each park (SeaWorld is a bit cheaper). I don't know how far away these places are from POFQ, but I could imagine a taxi/cab not being much cheaper (also the stated charge is a set charge - no extra charges for getting stuck in traffic etc!). In addition, it would be nice to not be on a packed bus, and perhaps may be an extra luxary - we're on holiday after all!. Also, as it is possible to pay in advance (you have to ring up for this), it shouldn't affect the budgeting whilst on holiday.
So I was just wondering if anybody had used the servcie, and if so I would love to hear your thoughts.
Many thanks :wiggle:

Hi I will be booking up Mr Quicksliver for my 2nd trip in april. Last April we used cabs to get from asmov to universal, seaworld etc... and the cost one way from asmov to universal was around $45 plus tip!! so I think Greg will be cheaper and I quite like the idea of the cab will be waiting for you at the alloted time and not trying to find a cab along with everyone else at the end of the day - once we had to cram 5 of us into a small cab! hope this helps:shrug: :rotfl:

this does help - it shows that it'll be at least as cheap getting the town car, if not even cheaper (and more reliable, and more luxorious :D )

We used Quicksilver for our transport to and from the Aiport and they were wonderful. They were ontime even after our times of arrival had changed. Have not used them for transport to any other parks but would definately give them a try.

I used Quicksilver this past July and will be using them again in January. I think that they're great. Always polite.

I've used them in the past and they are very professional. I like that they use the same drivers over and over, so we see the same faces. I also like that their drivers are are clean cut and very professional. It takes a lot of the burden off of the transfers.

We used Quicksilver for our last trip - Sanford - Port Orleans - Port Canaveral - Magic Kingdom - Sanford. We had the same driver throughout who was early for every trip, extremely professional and courteous and the car was excellent. I'll use them again next year and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Gregory was brilliant as I sent him loads of emails and he responded straight away.

Gregory and his team were wonderful for our trip December/January just gone.
Our driver was Jim and he was very professional yet very friendly and easy to talk to. Gregory went out of his way to help me with surprises for DH. The car we had was fantastic, clean, and very comfortable.

We just used Quicksilver for our transport from OIA to Port Canaveral for our cruise. Our drive was Carlos, both ways. He was extremely efficient and very polite.

How far in advance would you book Mr Quicksliver? I am due to go in April (2-16) I would need a car for 7 people to go to Universal, ioa,dc and seaworld.

I don't believe it is ever too early to book him. I would contact him now to get his current rates for budgeting purposes.
