that the Hurricane should be behind you. That would be awful to have a cruise planned and a hurricane stops you from going. Has that happened to any of you out there?

Our own Cinderella was just on the Disney Cruise this past weekend, that sailed Thursday to Sunday - should be interesting to hear how it was impacted.

ok i have been on a shop hit by a force 9 gale in the atlantic...........its very very scary..............we got hit by a wave that put the ship i was on at 44 degres...........another 1 degree and the ship would have gone over...........never ever underestimated mother nature

It was. I'm sure they were fine. The cruise line is very adept at maneuvering around. I was hoping on her behalf, however, that they snagged an extra day at sea dodging the storm though. :D

Everything went well and I was wishing for that extra day too but it didn't happen
We did get into Nassau at 11:30am on Friday so our Dolphin Encounter was cancelled. Once we got into Nassau the weather was good and in Castaway Cay it was wonderful.
