We are off on Saturday and I have just looked at the 10 day forecast and it says its Thunderstorms for the first 5 days of our hol.

I know that we had to expected this, but i can't help but be a little disheartened.:sigh:

Thunderstorms in Florida can last for 10 minutes or they can last 30 minutes!! Don't worry, you'll still have a great time, it's warm rain.:D

It's that time of year. Honest. Nothing to be overly concerned about. Just because they are forecast does not mean they will happen either. Or, there will be storms but not where you are. We have very weird weather here in Florida. :)

We are coming out of the summer rainy season too, so you might see a marked decrease in the afternoon rain. :yes:

Bring a poncho and a sturdy umbrella with a change of shoes and you'll be fine! :D

Me off Saturdat too. It always rains at this time of year, dont worry it shouldn't last for very long i hope.

2wks time - high 80's sunshine and showers - nothing on the hurricane front ( watching a few things - but anything could happen )


The system of the coast hasn't changed much - hurricane hunters might send a plane today too look at it.
