If i remember rightly there are Walmarts on International Drive therefore you would be able to use the I-Ride.

With regard to getting to Florida Mall, we tried getting the Lynx Bus once and it litterally goes everywhere, all round the residential streets, in and out of industrial areas, universities / colleges. Your best bet would be to take a cab, its not far from International Drive, its on Sand Lake Road which runs off of International Drive just but the massive MacDonalds (think its I-Ride stop 23). Taxi is a little easier way to get there.

When we stayed on I-Drive we got a taxi to the Florida Mall, much easier, and only cost about $15 return if I remember right.

We went to the premium outlets. I can't say I'd bother again to be honest.

On the way to Florida Mall at the Junction of Sandlake Road and John Young Parkway there is a Wal-mart Super Center. Not sure about Lynx Bus I think a taxi is your best bet

You can easily get the Lynx bus on I-drive to the Florida Mall, loads of people do it. Your hotel can tell you which number or the bus has it on the front. If in doubt ask the driver they're really helpful.
You'll need to get a taxi to Walmart (it's on Sand Lake Road not I-drive) as it'd involve a bus change to get there which is a bit of a faff in an unfamiliar area. We paid $15 each way I think inc. tip.

Taxi will be the easiest and quickest option  .

There are two Wal-Marts within radius of I-Drive, Kirkman and Sand Lake, tell the driver to get you to the Sand Lake Wal-Mart

And just another 1-1/2 miles down Sand Lake and you'll get to the Florida Mall.

Please do not get Wal-Mart and Walgreens confused. Walgreens is a drug store.
