Comfort Suites Maingate

Has anyone stayed at the Comfort Suites Maingate in Kissimmee? Also, I was wondering how early we should book our room if we are staying 0ff-season. I no it's a good idea to book disney hotel room early, but I was wondering if the same holds true for off-property rooms.
