Virgin flying club membership card

I joined the flying club in January and i have never received an information pack or membership card, although my details are coming up ok on their site. I will not earn any points until i fly with them next month so will i receive this then or should i have had it all by now. Tried emailing virgin but they said i don't need a membership card when checking in for the flight but surely i would need one to earn points on their partners etc.
Can anyone help me ?

You usually receive your card after your first qualifying flight, rainy. They've emailed you a membership number, yes?

Yes whitequeen, i have the membership number and that all seems to be running fine on their site. I have never received an information pack or anything but if they do that after the first qualifying flight then hopefully i should receive that after my trip. Thanks

Yep, you get the card and ifo pack after your first flight. The pack doesn't tell you anything that can't be found on the Virgin site anyway.:thumbs:
