Just to let you know we are just back from a great holiday to Disney. They were great with my daughter who is in a wheelchair. They never complained about putting her on the buses, she was always put on first and if there were people sitting were the wheelchair should be they moved them.
We were given a special pass so we did not have to wait in line although the parks were quite.
We were allowed to let her share our meals.
On one occasion we had a themed meal booked at the hoop de doo music revue, when we got there she had a lot of pain. We asked to leave and they said they would do us a food package since we had not eaten.
They only down fall was the bathroom. It was very small and the bath was very low to the floor. This was not a disabled room just a standard.

So glad Disney went so well for you... I hope they are as nice to me when I go there in December... I too need a little assistance at times...but I am an adult so not sure how that is going to work.. in the past they have basically been tough lluck since I am not in a wheelchair..but I may be for this visit since I just had a spinal cord surgery in june...But glad to hear you had such a nice time... next time you need to request a handicapped room.. it will make it easier on you...
