Most of the major bookstores--Borders and Barnes & Nobles come to mind--have a periodical section that includes publications from major international cities. Not sure where they are located in relation to I-Drive (I really do need to get out more when I visit WDW!), but they're usually in the vicinity of a mall or large outdoor shopping center.

I don't think I've ever seen a newsagent in Phoenix--we probably have them, but I've never seen one! I live in such a sprawlopolis that very specialized stores don't seem to survive well.

I didn't see a newsagent in Orlando like we have them over here. It seems they're just too small! Instead they have rather large stores at petrol stations and dotted around. It's easy to find somewhere, they were everywhere!

 It didn't even occur to me you might be interested in a local newspaper!

As Lucy (if WesD wasn't mascarading as Madeye!) noted, major American magazines and local newspapers and USA Today are readily available at most convenience and grocery stores, and many restaurants and resorts have newspaper vending machines. Carry some quarters with you if you plan to use the latter--the merchant may or may not exchange currency for quarters. It doesn't hurt to ask, though!

If you are interested in publications from other areas, you probably will need to go to the bookstores previously mentioned--or ask at your resort!

Publix on west 192 carries a selection of newspapers from England and Ireland. I'm not sure about other countries, though. They are at the newspaper counter as you first walk in. I get the Irish one from time to time. I think it is a day behind.

You can also buy the Daily Mail "over there" as it is also printed in Orlando.

That`s true Vikki, but it`s not always reliable!
At the GF, we had the "Mail" for around 50% of the time and we were given "USA To-day" on the other occasions!
