Can you take your own ECV on the monorail?

I've heard that the ECV's sell out (especially at MK) so I'm considering renting an ECV from a local company that will deliver it to the hotel. We are staying at a Monorail resort and I just wondered if the ECV will go. I know they let wheelchairs go.

Yes you can.

Yes, and you can get on easier than getting on the buses. I rented one from a local dealer for the week( just recently went) and had no problems at all.

If you are planning to go to MGM or Animal Kingdom, you will have to take the bus. Not all buses can fit ECV's, so you might just have to wait a little longer for a bus equipped with a ramp for ECV's.

Apart from that little detail, you shouldn't have any problems!
