Hi everyone!

We've got transfers from the airport booked with Virgin for our trip on 20/10/2005 (staying at the caribbean beach resort), but we're thinking of splashing out and booking transfers with Quicksilver limos - so we go straight to our hotel from the airport, and we can make a supermarket stop on the way, for drinks and snacks.

But - we're a bit unsure how to go about cancelling the transfers - would virgin make any charges if we phone them up to cancel our transfers  ? Or would we be best just getting to Orlando Airport, and letting the rep there know we're making our own way to the hotel?

Thanks for any advice

Id ring virgin and let them know that you dont want to use their transfers, that way they can remove you from the list!
I dont think they will charge you as the transfers are free anyway :D

I shouldn't think they would charge you, it does not involve a lot of work deleting you from the list, but be sure to let them know as they may be waiting for you at the airport :).

I've done that before now - you can either ring them directly or if you've booked through a travel agent, they will do it for you.

Thats good news - we've booked direct, so we'll give them a call - was there any charge for cancelling the transfers?

We phoned them today, and cancelled the transfers without any problem - and there was no charge
