Well we have stayed at FW and will be there again this year to be honest it is not a fabulous petting zoo, I mean it is nice, but personally I would not travel there just for that. You could take the boat ride over and maybe eat at trails end or hopp-de-doo review and then stop by the petting zoo.

There are other things to do Fort Wilderness,we went to Mickeys Backyard BBQ and had a good time.After the show we went on a private horse and carriage ride where we saw a deer(Bambi?).On another night we did the sing along and camp fire at fort wilderness.:wink:

They have a really nice petting zoo right inside the Animal Kingdom, so if you will be going there during your stay it might fill up your petting zoo quota. The hayride I'm not so sure about, that sounds rather nice :thumbs:
