Hi has anyone heard of your florida air. wwwyourfloridaair.com. They have some good flight prices. They fly from Glasgow and are hopefully going to fly from Stanstead.

Unfortunately this company have announced that their flights have been cancelled.

We have had a fantastic launch of our new service to Orlando, great press coverage, and it has been welcomed broadly by the Scottish people. Unfortunately, enough bookings have not been forthcoming, and we have reluctantly decided the program is not viable, and have cancelled all current flights. Any passengers already with seats reserved, have been informed by letter, and their cheques returned to them.

We do realise that this will cause much difficulty with those who have booked flights with us, and we apologise for this inconvenience, which is wholly outside our control.

We have taken this difficult decision, to ensure that no problems develop further down the line, and passengers are left stranded, or the CAA have to call on our bond. By cancelling at this stage, it is hoped that it will cause the least disruption overall, and we know that no passengers will lose out. Further down the line, we could not be sure of this, and we do not wish to be in that situation.

We do apologise once again for those who had reserved seats, and have had their plans disrupted. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have supported us, and if we can be of any help, please do not hesitate to ask. We may be contacted through any of the sites below.

Wow, that didn't seem to last long.

I only started hearing adverts etc for them last week. I know it's a cut throat business, but this seems to be very quick to pull the plug.
