If I book a flydrive through Virgin Holidays online, what's the difference in receiving tickets, type of ticket, ticket arrival time etc compared to a travel agent?
Anyone done this before? Would love to hear how you got on :)

Yes, we do VH flydrives. we got proper tickets 10days before departure. We do all our holidays with VH online. So ask away.

Bec.....the tickets you got, did they come through the post.....not the sort you print out from the internet.
I just like the thought of 'proper' tickets in my hand  :)
I am itching to actually book for next year even though we have loads and loads of time, I want to get the dates.

We are on a VH flydrive for this Oct trip coming up. We are expecting 'real' tickets to arrive anytime now as we leave in 14 days. If you book online with VH you get 5% online discount but if your are a VA flying club member they will automatically amend your invoice to 10% :)

I think the e-tickets are only when you book flights on-line with Virgin Atlantic.

Thanks guys. Our local travel agent was going to match the online price for me until I found out I would get an extra 5% on submitting the form to make the 10%. They then said they couldn't buy it in for that price.
