Any suggestions for a room request at the GF? We have a garden view room book for December.

We had a garden view in Boca Chica, overlooking Narcoosee's - on floors 2, 3, & 4, you can see the castle over the restaurant, and the fireworks at night. It's an obstructed view, but very pretty.
The only garden views I didn't seem to care for face the front of the resort - I'm not a monorail person; anything overlooking the main pool is very pretty, too. Slowhand also knows a great location for slipping up front to transportation quickly, too. :D

Yep, we normally ask for a room in Sago Cay building with a view overlooking the boating marina.
As Mickeymac said, it is fairly close to the main building and also you can exit from the resort from the side entrance nearby which is used by the CM`s when entering or leaving the GF.
It`s convenient for the bus stop and parking lot without having to go through the main building every time.

LOL Paula! That's what I was thinking too!
You know, I've got such a fond soft spot in my heart for the Grand Floridian, but I have no desire whatsoever to go to the parks when I'm there. It could be because it feels like you're IN one! :D

Never thought of it like that before, but now you mention it you`re right Mickeymac.
Especially how you can hear the sounds of the "ghosts" from the HM and the whistle of the train etc. at the MK when you are at the resort. Seeing the fireworks from the MK when you`re at the GF also makes you feel part of it.

I have never heard the HM! Hmmmm, must go back! Research, of course!
