Positive report re TravelCity Direct

Yes, you read the title correctly !!

We flew with them on 19th Sept and returned on 3rd Oct and I really could not fault them one little bit. We were slightly delayed on the outward journey (no fault of theirs just air traffic) and again on the way back (this time because of the delay getting out of Gatwick on the inbound flight).

We had upgraded to Sunshine Premium and I thought this was worth every single penny, big comfy leather seats, seatback tv's and plenty of space. By far this was one of the best and most enjoyable flights that I have been on.

The check in at Lake Buena Vista is a great idea, we did not have to be at the airport until 6pm so to get rid of our bags in the morning was brilliant.

I just thought I would post this to put people's mind at rest that are booked to travel with them in the future, I personally would not hesitate in travelling with them again :D

The TCD bashing seems to have quietened down a bit at the moment.

I am travelling with them 26th Nov. Haven't booked the upgrades, just going to try economy I think.

I used them in August and was very impressed with them. We travel econ. and the seats were fine , could see the big screen for the movies.
Staff were very pleasant and food was good.

We too used the check at Lake Buena Vista and was made up with that, as we hit DTD straight from there.

We paid the extra bit for the guest house at the airport and was very pleased with this area, kids hit the playstations and PC's while we relaxed watching the latest movies with free drinks.

Would recomend them to anyone.

I can't tell you how much of a relief this is to hear something positive.

I am flying with them next October and was starting to think I had done the wrong thing booking with them even though they worked out the cheapest for us.

Hi

Just returned from WDW after travelling with TCD. We flew out on 23/9/05 when the nutter at Manchester Airport threw his case at a plane. This only caused a 2 hour delay which was onre of the shortest of all on that day.

Excellent service on board, quite good leg room on time return early arrival, will recommend and travel again
