We bought our tickets back in May from a company called best4attractions. We booked them early as we wanted to go to discovery cove and it was nice to have it all sorted. Well we go on holiday on sat and they only arrived today and that was after several phonecalls from us wondering where they were. On opening them what did we find but vouchers for disney. Their website says they will only send vouchers in exceptional circumstances because of time constraints, well isn't 5 months long enough. This has now messed up our itinary as we have to exchange them at one of the 4 main disney parks and so are not able to do blizzard beach on first day. Just phoned them as they have a branch over in Orlando to see if we can get real tickets from there and they said there was nothing they could do and we would have to complain when we got back, hmm thats useful. We have never bought them from this company before and never will again. Now I have had a moan I can get back to being excited, they did also annoy me for making me cross two days before my holiday. 2 days, 2 days whee its ok, still happy :wiggle:

So sorry to hear that Sezzy! :(
Maybe you could pop to guest services at DTD and they could do it for you?
Have a great holiday!! :micbounce

We had a similar issue with once, and phoned disney and they said that the waterparks could sort it out for us anyway, it just wasnt on the vouchers....
Give them a bell and check it out...

It shouldn't take too long to sort out however. Go to the TTC and then catch a bus from there to Blizzard Beach.

Both top ideas, thanks. Orlando-sky, which bit of Disney did you phone, they should be able to confirm that we could do it one of suggested ways, but not to sure who to phone  but:D

I phoned the usual reservation one on their website, the one where you have to bash the keys on your phone as it asks for your number, and expects a US one !
Still its not on sending vouchers if you have booked so far in advance......
Have a great time !!!
Wish it was me :( ............

Bev, Don't want to be a downer, but we only got them today, which is two days before departure despite several frantic phone calls and having had our money for ages and its a letter with a confirmation number on it, not tickets. If I were you I would start phoning the minute they are late, even though to get through and talk to someone from there at the moment is no mean feat. We only went with them instead of one we used before cause of a free planet hollywood meal, which right now better be a prety wonderful burger to make up for it. Still, as I said, not gonna let it get me down, all packed and excited now :D
